  • Without electric devices on the detector, CM is suitable for a wide temperature range. Process sealing is easily done, and various designs are available for high temperature, high pressure or other harsh environments.
  • The advanced electric circuit achieves high accuracy measurement of liquids, solids and bulk solids.

Principle of Operation
Principle of Operation   The sensor is mounted on a tank using the threaded connection or the flange (Fig.1).
When the sensor is mounted, a capacitor is formed between the sensor detector and the tank wall.

The capacitance of this capacitor changes as the liquid level rises or falls. The sensor detects the capacitance and converts it to a voltage signal. The voltage signal is further converted to a current signal of 4 to 20mA DC to give an output.
